What does the cooperation process look like from the first contact to the training? +
We start with a free assessment of your team, analyze which skills are needed and where the most time is being lost. Then we create a customized program, agree on dates that suit you, and deliver the training. After the training, you receive an evaluation report with recommendations for further development.
How long does one training session last, and can it be attended during working hours? +
We adapt the duration to your needs, from one-day workshops to multi-month programs. Trainings can be held during working hours, in the afternoon, or on weekends. For state-owned companies, we normally organize them during working hours (9:00–15:00).
Can you adapt the program to our tools and processes? +
Absolutely - that is our key advantage. Before every training, we analyze your tools, processes, and specific challenges. The instructors use your real examples, not generic ones.
What if our employees have no prior knowledge? +
Before the training, we assess the knowledge level. Based on the results, we form groups and adapt the content. Our instructors have experience with participants at all levels, from complete beginners to senior experts.
