The platform automatically retrieves data from connected business systems, uses it to generate PDF documents, stores them, and delivers them to users via secure links and SMS messages. The administrative panel provides a complete overview of document history, document status, and system activity, as well as the ability to regenerate documents when needed.
Special emphasis was placed on reliability and automation – the system tracks every step of the process, automatically retries failed operations, and sends alerts if issues occur with document generation, synchronization, or SMS delivery.
The solution is fully configurable and adapted for use across different markets.
